Edith Piaf tribute coming to Eureka Theater

Edith Piaf
Naomi Emmerson playing Edith Piaf
The highly acclaimed Off-Broadway sensation Piaf: Love Conquers All comes to San Francisco, presented by Tone Poet Productions.

Multitalented Naomi Emmerson brings to life Piaf’s unmatched passion for song, her inspirational story of survival and her unwavering faith in love in this intimate hit that has traveled from Montreal to Manila.
Emmerson interprets 14 of Piaf’s most notable songs in their original French language, which is accompanied by Alan Choy’s live acoustic piano. (The play’s dialogue is in English.) Woven among songs are anecdotes of Piaf’s life – her passion for men, music and morphine. Marion Cotillard recently brought a version of Piaf’s life to the screen with an Oscar-winning performance in La Vie an Rose.
